Move-Out Instructions

We’re grateful you chose Reliant Self Storage, and we want your move-out to be as simple and smooth as possible. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Email us a quick photo of your unit unlocked, empty, and swept clean.
2. Please make sure your unit number is clearly visible in the photo.
3. Use your email on file when sending the photo.
4. In the subject line, please include your Full Name and Unit Number so we can process your move-out quickly.

We’ll take it from there! Once your email is received, our team will close out your account and make sure everything is wrapped up neatly. Autopay will be automatically turned off at move-out.

A quick note:

To keep things fair for all tenants, we do not offer prorated rent on move-outs. A small cleaning fee may apply if the unit is not left “rent ready.”
